Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the website, layout-design and other products sold through our website by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED

You may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase the same website once more in order to make another project with the same design.

All image imagery and fonts used on the websites we produce are royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images and fonts only as a part of the particular website. Separate usage/distribution is prohibited.

b) MODIFICATIONS

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

c) UNAUTHORIZED USE

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistrii bution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

d) ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from notjustlayout.com.

e) OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our product products.

After you pick up a layout you proceed to the 'Try it' section and you submit your request to a Sales Manager who will help you to create a customization description for your layout. Accordingly, a Sales manager will quote a price for your customization work and set time-frames for the work to be done.

Afterwards, you go to checkout

1. Do I have to pay before or after the work is done?
You have to pay AFTER we have completed and shown the “free website preview” to you and BEFORE we actually start working on your new website project. The price for the order will include the layout price and the customization quote.

2. How do I pay for the product?
We kindly provide several payment methods. You may pay by your credit card (VISA, MasterCard). You can also pay through PayPal.

3. How long does it take to receive the product?
Your new website will be delivered to you according to the deadline set with your consent with a Sales Manager.

1st delivery: “free website preview” web link delivery occurs within 2 working days from the moment you submit your request to us.

2nd delivery: “full website & documentation” delivery occurs within 7/10 days from when we receive your 1st approval.

Please, acknowledge that your order may be held for additional verification by our Anti-Fraud Department. You may always contact accounts@notjustlayout.com for more questions.

4.How do I learn about the status of the customization work?
Every customer of Notjustlayout.com acquires a login and a password to his account. The account interface will enable you to see the progress of your customization work and be in touch with us. Contact our Support Team: support@notjustlayout.com if you don't remember your access credentials.

5. Can I change the original description of the customization?
Yes, you can. You may make alterations to your customization description with your Sales Manager. Please, mind that additional alterations may cause a natural delay in accomplishing of your customization work.
